We build websites for a living, so it would be poor form for our own to exclude anyone. This statement sets out where we stand and how to tell us if we have fallen short.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website.

What we have done

• Text and background colours are tested to meet the contrast ratios required at Level AA.
• Every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible.
• A skip link lets keyboard and screen reader users jump past the header.
• Form fields have visible labels that are correctly associated, required fields are marked in text rather than by colour alone, and errors are described in words.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative graphics, including the before-and-after illustration, are hidden from screen readers so they are not read out as noise.
• Movement is limited and never automatic. All animation respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system.
• Headings follow a logical order, and the page works at 200% zoom and at narrow widths.

Known limitations

• The before-and-after comparison is a visual demonstration. It can be operated with arrow keys, but its content is illustrative and is not conveyed to screen readers; nothing on the site depends on seeing it.
• The project carousel scrolls horizontally. Each project is reachable by keyboard, but we are still improving how position is announced.
• Screenshots of client websites carry short descriptions rather than full descriptions of their contents.

If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We treat access problems as bugs, not feature requests, and we will reply within 5 business days with either a fix or a date for one. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
