Software that fits how
you actually operate.
Most businesses run on software built for somebody else. Steadyline builds the app your business actually needs: one side for the people you serve, so they can see what is happening and ask for what they need, and one side for your team, so the work gets recorded without fighting the screen.
Scoped on a call. Quoted in writing. Built around your operation, not a template.
Your software was built for somebody else. You have been working around it ever since.
Every operation has them. The screen nobody wants to open, so the notes get written up later from memory. The question that already has an answer but becomes a call to the front desk. The spreadsheet that exists only because the real system cannot do that one thing. None of it is anybody's fault. It is what happens when software is designed for a market instead of for you.
Two sides of the same system.
Almost every operation needs the same two things: somewhere for the people you serve to see what is happening and ask for what they need, and somewhere for your team to run the day without friction. We build both, shaped around how you already work.

Replacing everything is rarely the answer and almost never the budget. Most of the time the right move is to build the part that is broken and connect it to what already works, so nobody is asked to enter the same thing twice.
Calendars and scheduling
Where the day already lives.
Systems of record
Whatever holds the data you are audited on.
Notifications
How the right person gets told.
Payments and finance
The parts that have to stay boring.
Marked Ask means we confirm it during the review rather than promise it here. If a system has an API we can usually connect to it, and where it does not we will tell you what that costs you before you commit to anything.
Work that went live.
Built so you are not stuck with us.
The reason most operators hesitate on custom software is the fear of trading one trap for another. These are the things we put in writing.
You own every account
Accounts, domains and data are set up in your name from day one. If you stop working with us we export everything within 30 days at no charge, in a format somebody else can pick up.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or pixels. That is also why there is no consent banner in your way. We hold what you send us to reply to it, and nothing else.
How we handle dataCompliance taken seriously
Some operations carry obligations others do not. Where a build touches protected information we handle it properly, including a signed Business Associate Agreement, and we will tell you plainly when something is outside what we should take on.
Ask about your industryWe look first. You pay later, or not at all.
Before anyone talks about building, we go through what you run now and where it costs you time, money or goodwill. You get that assessment whether or not you hire us, and if the honest answer is that your current setup is fine, that is what you will hear.
Schedule a call
Tell us how the operation runs and where it grinds. Short conversation, no deck, no obligation.
Free systems review
We walk through what your people and your team do every day, and find the workarounds, the double entry and the things that only happen because the software cannot.
Custom recommendation
What is worth building, in what order, and what it costs. Scoped on the actual work, never a package you have to fit into.
Quoted on the work, not on a tier.
Custom software priced from a package is either padded or underscoped, and usually both. Every build is quoted in writing after the review, against the work we have agreed.
The build
A fixed price for an agreed scope, broken into stages so you see something working early rather than waiting months for a reveal. You approve each stage before the next one starts.
Running it
A monthly rate covering hosting, support, fixes and the small changes every system needs once real people use it. No charge for bugs, ever.
Changing it
New features are quoted as they come up. Nothing is bundled in that you did not ask for, and nothing is held back to be sold to you later.
Smaller pieces, a single workflow or a website rebuild, are quoted the same way and can run monthly. Book a review and you will have a number within a week.
The questions that come up every time.
How long does a build take?
A focused first version is usually six to ten weeks, and you see working software well before the end. Anything quoted at two weeks is a template with your logo on it, and anything quoted at nine months has not been scoped properly.
Do we have to replace our current system?
Usually not, and usually you should not. The common case is that one part of your setup is painful and the rest is fine. We build the painful part and connect it to what you already run, so nobody enters the same information twice.
Who owns what you build?
You own your data outright, and accounts are in your name from day one. Code ownership is agreed in writing before work starts, and we would rather have that conversation at the beginning than have you discover the answer later.
What if our team will not use it?
That is the most common way custom software fails, and it is nearly always a design problem. We watch people do the job before building anything, and staff see working versions early enough to tell us what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.
What if it does not work?
Bugs are fixed at no cost, always. If something does not do what we agreed it would and we cannot put it right, you are not billed for it. Full terms are on the refunds page.
Do you work with regulated operations?
Yes, and carefully. Where a build touches protected information we handle it properly, including a signed Business Associate Agreement. We will also tell you plainly when something is beyond what we should take on.
Tell us where it grinds.
You don't need a brief or a spec. Tell us what your team works around, what your people phone up to ask, and which screen nobody wants to open.
- Response timeWe aim to reply the same business day, and always within one.
- Where we workFully remote, wherever your business is.
- What it costsA written quote after the review, never before.
