- Before we speakWe look at whatever is public about how you operate, so the call is not spent on background.
- On the callYou tell us where the day grinds, what your team works around, and what your people phone up to ask. We say what we would build and what we would leave alone.
- AfterwardsYou get it in writing. If there is something worth building, a scoped quote follows. If there is not, we will say so.
Nothing to prepare
No deck, no spec, no decision on the call. If you can describe a normal day and the parts of it that are harder than they should be, that is plenty.
Usually confirmed within the hour
Pick a time that suits you.
Tell me roughly when suits you and a little about the operation. I come back the same business day with two or three times in that window, and the invite follows once you pick one.
- Twenty minutes, by phone or video, whichever you prefer
- Calendar invite sent once I confirm the slot
- Reschedule or cancel from the invite
One thing that helps. Fill in the website field if you have one. It lets me look at the site beforehand, so we spend the call on findings rather than on me reading your homepage back to you.
